Excellent product, worth the $$, highly recommend
Thorne is an excellent brand. One of my physicians utilizes supplements a lot, and while she has specific favorites from different brands, she has two brands that she most trusts and depends on, for pretty much everything they offer. Thorne is one of them. I’ve had great results from their products, and they have so many choices, I can find exactly what my body needs.I’ve tried probiotics for women, at least 5+ formulations, over the years, and I’ve had some success in the past, but this is the best one I’ve found, yet. We have a lot more choices than we did 15+ years ago. This is a shelf-stable probiotic, it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. It has a comprehensive list of 8 probiotic strains for female health and balance. It’s all Lactobacillus, including acidophilus, the old favorite.I highly recommend this product, I take one, daily.

These probiotics made me nauseous when I first started. However, turned out that my gut microbiome was completely destroyed from repeated antibiotic use. I had to start with a lower dose probiotic. After a couple of weeks I tried Thorne again and now I am feeling great!

Took over a week to get used to
I tried these and had bloating and discomfort. So I quit. Then I tried one more time. It took about a week to get through the transition. I’ll take for a few more months before I know if they’re helping, but Thorne is a really good brand and I picked these strains specifically.
