I like the way my face is clean after using this, however, it’s a bit drying (especially for a sensitive skin formula) and also has a strange odor. Haven’t made up my mind if I’m going to order it again, but it’s not bad.

I’ve been trying to simplify my skincare routine and remove artificial fragrance from my cosmetics, even more so since becoming pregnant and my skin has gotten extra sensitive and reactive. This wash has been perfect, calming down my skin and helping me prevent breakouts too. I’ve been using it for a couple months and am very happy with it. I use thrives face balm too for a little extra moisture and it’s a great combo for me.

Reading previous reviews, I think the “strong” smell is clove. Def one of my least favs. However, this also has a light citrus smell, and together they kinda smells like a natural store or co op, which is i really like. A little bit goes a long way, which makes the price even better. (Will be ordering from the site, next) My face feels nice after. Needed a new face wash bc mine got discontinued, and i think this is it.

It runs family freely when the tube is squeezed so care needs to be taken when using it. The gel emulsifies when wet and goes from clear to opaque, with the texture changing from a loose geI to a much tighter cleansing wash that you can feel cleaning any dirt or excess oils away.The wash gel, like the exfoliant has a licorice or aniseed aroma that I enjoy and which dissipates quite quickly after rinsing. If you are not keen on the original formula an unscented variant is also available…I haven’t used this as I enjoy the original but am sure that it offers the same great skin cleansing properties.I’m a believer. You should try either variant and you may become a believer too!Recommended.
