Great Eye Cream
I bought this eye cream a couple of weeks ago and wanted to see how it works, before doing a review. I love it! I’m 69 years old. Have had very dry and flakey skin around my eyes for a few months. This cream works. Just a little dab morning and night around the eyes made them look and feels much better.Great product!

Luxuriously moisturizing
I was super excited to try this Timeline “The Eye Cream” because, quite honestly, I’ve never used such a fancy beauty product before. My daily skincare routine involves a basic serum and moisturizer to keep my skin supple and reduce signs of aging (an important concern at age 35!). I LOVE that Timeline’s products are vegan and cruelty free, and the science behind their active ingredients intrigued me.This is a fairly standard size jar that comes with a whopping price tag, which is largely the reason I can’t review higher: it would have to work absolute miracles for me to feel like it was worth the price. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t a great cream! This has a super unctuous, creamy texture that leaves my skin feeling extremely soft and moisturized. It has very little smell at all and what there is is light and pleasant. It is gentle on my sensitive skin; I did not experience any reaction to this product.This product comes with a “mini cryo spoon” for application which I found fascinating: it’s way heavier than I expected, and does make my skin feel cooler when used, even without being frozen first. I don’t have a convenient way to store this in the fridge or freezer anywhere near my bathroom so I’m sure I’m not even getting the full effect. Still, it feels soothing and cool on my face.I’m not yet 2 weeks into use so I will update my review if I notice a significant difference at that time. I can say that after several days, I do notice that the area where I apply this eye cream stays more moisturized and soft throughout the day than the surrounding skin. I don’t notice any immediate improvement to my fine lines or under eye bags, but my skin is noticeably more hydrated, plump, and springy, so I am hopeful I will see a difference in time.The downside to taking time to achieve results is it means going through more of this eye cream! I do think the cost is pretty exorbitant for the amount of product you receive, but it is clearly a high-end luxury skincare item. This does seem to work better than what I usually purchase, but not really so much to justify the blow to my beauty budget.

A little goes a long way
I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to try both this eye cream and a barrier cream from this brand through Amazon vine and I have to say that I do love them. They are definitely more on the expensive side of beauty products, but I do love how they make my skin feel and look. This eye cream comes with a little metal applicator that when used gives a nice cool feeling under my eye. If you want it extra cool you can put it in the fridge or if you don’t want it cold-cold then just use it normally and you still get a slight cooling effect from it.This eye cream is a good consistency and you don’t need much at all. It goes on easily and makes my skin nice and soft under my eye area. It doesn’t feel super thick or heavy to me. So far, I’m very happy with the results I’ve gotten from using this.

Amazing texture – best eye cream I’ve tried in ages.
This feels like, and is, premium skin care. For me, eye creams can be incredibly hit and miss. I have combination skin that tends to be dry under the eyes and in the forehead areas. Usually eye creams don’t work well for me because they are usually either too thin and don’t absorb well or they are too thick and end up pilling up on my skin. This has neither of those issues. It takes a small quantity, like pea sized, to get really good coverage. It feels so nice, it actually has a calming/soothing sensation that I have only really felt from the better high end eye creams I have used.I have been using this within my skincare routine after my serums or actives. It absorbs faster than you might think for a thicker product. After that I put yet another moisturizer over my whole face to seal it all in and then wash it off in the morning.My results so far, after seven nights of use: My eye skin looks decidedly less crepey, it looks thicker and more hydrated and elastic. It just looks better in terms of texture, which is already making me feel like I look more rejuvenated. If I can see texture improvements in only a week, I can’t wait to realize the benefits in a month or more.I am always afraid to fall in love with pricey skincare because then I would hate to ever be without it. I’m probably going to have to find a way to work this into my routine, long term, even if I can only use it a few times a week. So far my results have been too good to ignore, especially considering that my eye area has been a chronic source of frustration for me.I recommend it and so far I will say I think it is an indulgence that feels special and worth the splurge.
