While I purchased this product to help with strength, size, and endurance gains in the gym, as well as increased testosterone production, I’ve also noticed that I have greater mental clarity, feel sharper, and less fatigued. I’m a 64 old man, and it’s been a wonderful product for me. I really do recommend the LJ 100 over other forms of Longkat Ali, since it’s standardized and you’ll know that what you ordered is what you’ll get, and this form is potent. Additionally, within just a few weeks of taking it, my wife noticed muscular changes in me, as have I, e.g., my arms, chest, and shoulders have grown, I’m more defined, and my abs are coming back. Of course, my diet is good, but not perfect, as it was before I started taking the product. I started out with one capsule, and after about two weeks I was taking 2 capsules. You are two pills per day, the presentation is inconsistent , the color of the transparent capsules (the inside powder) is different from bottle to bottle.Makes you horny, especially at the beginning but other than that I don’t see increased muscle mass or more strength or anything like it.
