UPDATE: Helpful information from the seller clarifying things. What is shown in the picture is NOT mold. It is cotton material soaked in the essential oils (hence the color) that makes the scent stronger than just putting the herbs alone. The seller understood why I would think that and gave me a full refund, which was kind. I think anyone selling this products should have this information on their page so customers are aware. This is a great product that I will continue to use again and again, with the information I now know. Spread the word. It is not mold.I bought a three pack from a different seller, and didn’t realize until after a month of sniffing that there was mold on the bottom. I gave one bottle to a friend who also found mold. The third one I found had it as well. I tried this seller and got a six pack and every single container had mold on the bottom. There’s something wrong with how they manufacture this product like not enough drying time because I’ve had similar products that don’t have this issue. Do not buy Hong Thai brand inhalers, do not buy Hong Thai brand inhalers!!
