Love this tea brand. It does help with blood pressure on a limited basis. Taste is mellow and pleasing. Add some honey and it makes for a relaxing break. Price is also comparable to other herbal teas.

This tea really does work to help lower blood pressure. You should also buy a home use pro blood pressure monitor, and just take a couple of minutes to monitor your blood pressure EVERY day. It only takes a couple of minutes and could save your life. Please go see a medical doctor if you aren’t feeling well. But otherwise, if you have taken your blood pressure at home, and you know that you are OK this tea does actually work and will help.

Pleasant tea, with good effects.
I’ve been using this tea for almost a year. It’s been a good addition to managing my blood pressure but hasn’t been an active part of lowering my blood pressure. However, for whatever reason, if I drink a cup of it before bed time I only get up once during the night to pee, and sometimes not even that. Before using this tea I HAD to get up 3 or 4 times a night to pee. Even now, if I miss an evening, I’m up a few times with an uncomfortable bladder. So something in this is calming something in my urinary tract and helping me get better sleep. And it’s a pleasant tea to drink.
