Great stuff. Taste is good and it cleans out your system. New users should be aware that the tea can have very quick results, and you might want to stay close to bathroom.

Diet tea
I use this at least once a month to help with a nice cleanse to my system. The taste is mild and with the cost of other cleanse products this one is quick and a value. If you use it more than once in a week it may cause cramps. It functions as it advertises, it is organic and not to strong to upset your system and does not take a week.

Does what I need it for
This stuff is great to keep things moving. Doesnt taste great on its own. I open the bag and mix with my coffee before brewing so it is diluted. You WILL need to be close to a bathroom.

Very effective for GLP1 community!
This is aGreat product. I just started two days ago. First day I drank a cup around 12 in the day and woke up around 4 in the morning. It cleaned me out. Next day I had a cup around 6 in the afternoon and it worked early morning so my sleep was not disrupted. I am on GLP1 and this helped me deal with constipation too. Best part is this does not cause diarrhea! It doesn’t upset stomach all day. It is kind of expensive for 20 tea bags but worth it.

It makes you go to the restroom. The pieces aren’t individually wrapped. It has an earthy taste. As for hunger, it controls it for maybe an hour.
