I’ve tried various joint supplements in capsule form and had some relief with a few, but this liquid supplement started relieving back, knees and joints within the first couple of days! I love it and use it every day, mixed with juices. A little more work than popping a pill supplement but well worth the extra time to mix with juice. Have not tried it alone yet, but it doesn’t seem to change the taste of the juice. Ordering my second bottle and plan to continue with this product. It is a noticeable game changer for aches and pains for me.

Seems to help lower the pain level of chronic knee pain associated with osteoarthritis
I have been using this supplement for about three weeks. It seems to be decreasing my knee pain by about 30%. I have suffered from osteoarthritis for many years so I consider this amount of pain decrease to be substantial. Having said that, I am also considering that this might just be a placebo affect, but as long as it keeps working, I will keep taking it. My only problem is that the supplement does cause some GI distress, varying from gas in the lower GI tract to abdominal discomfort. This was worse during the first week or two so perhaps these side effects will eventually be resolved. I have been taking the regular dosage as instructed on the bottle. In my opinion, this supplement is worth a try. I’ve tried similar supplements that were in capsule or pill form, but they gave me no relief. The taste is tolerable as it’s easy to swallow the entire dosage in one gulp.

I have terrible infamation in my wrist, shoulder and knee. I have been using termeric for quite a while but this product is great, it has put an end to the painful part of getting old. I plain to make another tomorrow.

Unfortunately I have only taken a few days worth and cannot comment on whether it works or not because I had a negative reaction to this. Abdominal cramps followed by very loose stools. Taste is ok. Helps when you keep it refrigerated and chase with water or juice.

Eleven days and I see a big improvement in hip pain
I waited for a marked improvement before writing a review and eleven days later I can say I have a 80 to 90 percent reduction in my hip pain. I no longer limp in favor of my right hip. Still have some stiffness after 30 or so minutes of driving when I first get out of the car but even that is not nearly as bad. I no longer feel like a doddering old lady as I walk around. I turn 65 next week so this is a lovely change. I did start taking a turmeric supplement about three days after I started this… not sure if that is part of the improvement but I’ll continue taking both as long as my motion is this good. I recommend giving it a try. Oh.. the taste is not good… but I put it in a shot glass and chase it with juice. Worth the moment of yuk.

Stains my skin & towels
I actually like the taste of this product! But, I’ll never know if it’s effective or not bc it stains everything it touches (which no one tells you beforehand, so here I am). I don’t like to give negative reviews, usually I’ll just return the item & keep it moving. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this item cannot be returned so I hope this review helps others. I’d recommend opening & opening & pouring this product in a clean sink.This is the dish towel I used to wipe the bottle/counter after opening the bottle & peeling off the foil covering. It wasn’t a messy process but the color stays.I washed my hands several times before taking this picture. Ultimately I’d like to think the brighter the better it is for you. Sadly, until they have more effective packaging method that won’t risk staining my skin, teeth, or clothing- it’s not an option for me.
