One or two cups before bed REALLY helps me sleep. I let it steep about 5 minutes. I find it works better than other teas.

Better than Sleepytime
I do not care for the taste of Sleepytime tea but drink it anyway for the slight calming effect it gives. I bought this on a whim and I am glad I did. Not only does it taste good, it actually makes me able to sleep. I looked up the ingredients in both teas and Nightly Calm has all the major players in the sleep game whereas Sleepytime does not.

Historical Ties to the EITC aside…
I don’t trust these guys to have a standing army as historically that hasn’t worked out so well.But I do trust them to make a good tea. Its worth what I paid. Stays fresh. And brews strong. Good quality tea for good quality sleep.
