Great product
I’ve been feeling heavy and uncomfortable for weeks. Despite eating healthy, working out, and adopting new habits to stay regular, nothing seemed to work. However, this tea has been very helpful and has made me feel much better. I recommend starting with just half a cup, as it can cause some initial cramping.

Not for weight loss
Not very useful for weight loss. The tea feels refreshing and tastes good as well like a green tea. Easy to use and good quality tea.

Don’t know what to title this- but good luck.
Read the directions, yes this tea comes with directions and a warning label. All the reviews are right about this. It WILL feel like your cramping at first and its going to empty out your system. Make sure you clear a day to use this, have no plans for the evening, clear a path to the bathroom, and stocking up on toilet paper just in case. I do feel like it helps with bloating, and recommend if you are constipated. Just be sure to drink plenty of water after this.

TMI Review – Read at Your Own Risk
First, the only way to lose weight is to diet, exercise or some combination of the two. This tea is for people who are constipated and tend to retain water. Water weight is the bulk of my weight gain. Periods are a nightmare. I gain up to 10 lbs. of water weight alone. That said…I suffer from OIC. If you don’t know what it is, google it. It is the very bane of my existence. I am almost always constipated. Drinking lots of water, exercise and fiber cereal helps a lot. Sometimes I need more help than just eating a salad. This tea does work, however, my last experience really scared me.I drank 2 cups and left the tea bags in too long. The next morning I had to go from both ends. The cramps were unbearable. I hadn’t felt that bad since I got food poisoning from lobster rolls back in 2012. True story.When I urinated afterwards, my urine was incredibly dark and smelly. This is indicative is liver damage. The active ingredient, senna, is known to cause these problems.READ THE DIRECTIONS. Do not drink more than 1 cup in a day and DO NOT leave the tea bags in the tea for more than 5 minutes.

Great Product, Great Value
This tea is amazing! I got it for my mom and I as we’re both trying to shed some pounds AND are huge fans of tea 😀 We typically drink regular green tea because it’s packed with antioxidant but we’ve switched to this dieters tea since it contains ingredients that act as natural laxatives and diuretics that purge the body of toxins and excess water (believe me, this tea will send you to the bathroom in no time!).The tea itself is a regular green tea with a subtle flavor that can be enhanced by adding honey (not sugar!!!) and/or lemon slices. During the summer we drink it cold BUT I’ve read that the body doesn’t digest cold drinks as easily as warm ones, so it’s probably best to drink it hot whenever possible.Although this tea is an amazing way to begin a weight loss journey, do keep in mind that you must still watch your diet, it’s also by no means a substitute for exercise either! This tea will get your system cleansed and will set it up to more readily absorb and benefit from the nutrients found in fruits, veggies and quality meats, but it won’t perform miracles, you are still responsible for yourself. That being said, good luck to you on your personal journey, we’re enjoying ours and will be ordering more boxes soon as it’s a great product at an affordable price! 😀

I’ve found this laxative tea to be very useful, especially during the summer when it’s easy to overeat. It’s a great tool for digestion, as it helps you feel thoroughly “cleaned out” the day after you drink it. When combined with fasting, I’ve even noticed some weight loss.
