Easy and Effective D3 Supplement
These are great D3 + K2 supplements. You get 365 soft gels per bottle. The soft gels are small and very easy to swallow. These are an easy way to ward of Vitamin D deficiency without any gastric upset. They seem to be effective with increasing my energy level with jitters.

I continue to order this product to maintain my D3/K2 vitamin level. Made in the US, clean and vetted, the product is easy to use, comes in small capsules, easy to swallow, and provides in one dose 5,000 IU of D3, facilitated for absorption by the K2. One bottle is enough for 1 year. This one product usefully replaces the need for 2 capsules, one of D3 and one of K2, so more convenient. The pricing is higher than other brands but the product is also of higher quality being liposomal, meaning the delivery system to the body is more efficient. I highly recommend this product and won’t be changing brand anytime soon. A maintenance of 2 capsules per day is my regimen for bone strength and energy level, so I use 2 bottles per year, which is a good investment in my overall health.

The 10,000 iu / 200 mcg K2 is basically half the cost of the 5,000 version, for me because I used to use the 5,000 iu version of these and use two caps everytime until I realized they had a 10,000 option.But I love the value, best value supplement on the market imo.This, magnesium glycinate and creatine.Just make sure you take it with fat/ food to really help it absorb properly.Vitamin D is one of the best things someone can take for all around health, whether it’s gut health, testosterone, helping fight cancer, covid, mental health, anything.It actually acts as a hormone.And don’t be afraid of over doing it so long as you have k2 with it and you get enough magnesium glycinate (better absorbed form) to balance out because vitamin d requires magnesium to absorb so it may lower it.People who have stories of excess bone calcification in their hand bones or in their blood were not taking K2 to help deliver the excess calcium out of the blood and into the right places.And usually only people taking freakin 1,000,000 ius of D3 for months and months will maybe start to have vitamin d toxicity.And even than maybe not.I also love that it’s in organic coconut oil instead of seed oils, doesn’t have other weird ingredients, and also has phospholipids to help absorption.I will get a blood test soon and update, and hopefully I haven’t been scammed and this is real d3/k2 which I obviously think it is. And it feels like it is.

I’ve been on lower doses of Vitamin D3 since the 1980’s and I’ve been gradually increasing dosages as I age, I’m 70 now. This is fantastic, it’s a small gel table that’s easy to swallow. With the higher dosage the fewer tablets you need to take. I don’t notice any taste at all. The higher dosage definitely helps my joint pain. I’ve been taking them for 3-4 months now and I definitely noticed a difference and feel more flexible, especially in the morning when you first get out of bed, usually I’m very stiff. I sleep soundly, my energy & mood levels are higher than usual.Definitely give them a tremendous thumbs up.

These little softgels are small and easy to swallow. At 10000 IU of D3 and 200 mg of K2, it provides a good amount of Vit D if you are deficient. I don’t take them everyday but more like twice a week since the levels are high. It is effective at helping teeth and immune system.
