I have taken spriulina before but that was ages ago, and that product was nothing like this. It certainly does help, and digestion and energy are the areas that were most evident for me. It seemed to help with removing the garbage in my system from the processed food we sometimes eat. We are all time crunched and don’t always eat as we should, plus with the things they put in food nowadays, some of which you can’t even pronounce, a little internal “purification” is a good/necessary thing! As supplements go Natures Wellness makes some of the best…IMO. We use several of their products and will continue to do so as the quality of what they make is outstanding.

Spirulina is a super food and I want in.
There are many reasons I wanted to try Spirulina. For instance, the chlorophyll in this algae is excellent at removing toxins from the body. Along this line, it helps to make the body alkaline which inhibits cancer. I also found it interesting that NASA stated that the nutrient value of 1kg equates to 1000 kg of fruits and vegetables. These benefits, along with so many more, are what convinced me to try it. Even the funny smell of the tablets doesn’t put me off as I know it’s natural.

I take a lot of supplements, and for years, I was swallowing handfuls of vegetable capsules daily (which I recently learned are completely indigestible). I try to follow a mostly plant based diet, and had no idea all of the veggie caps I was taking caused my digestive issues. So I went on the hunt to replace almost all of my supplements with forms that make more sense for my body and lifestyle. In the case of Spirulina, I cannot tolerate the taste of it, so powders were not an option. These tablets are perfect because they are organic, easy to swallow, and have absolutely no other ingredients or fillers which is very important to me. I also like the packaging which matters to me.
