Great product
I decided to try this natural sleep aid because it’s a blend, and blends usually work better than just valerian root, for example. And this Nerve Aid combines skullcap, valerian root, lobelia, and cayenne, which is a very fresh and interesting formula, and I can absolutely say that it has become my favorite insomnia relief supplement. I’ve been struggling to get to sleep, staying in bed for several hours staring at the ceiling, but this Nerve Aid really did what it promised. Without melatonin, no grogginess, no headache the next morning. Just feeling fresh, rested, and great. Love it!

It’s okay
I can’t say that this product helps me sleep better but then again, I have yet to find a product that helps me fall asleep faster. I have horrible insomnia and this product doesn’t really help that aspect. It does however help (a bit but nothing crazy) when I’m having a rough day and feeling extra stressed out. I quit drinking a few months ago so I try to find herbs to help when I’m having a rough day instead of turning to drinking or smoking. This is a decent option though others have helped me out, more.
