Good powder on the market
I looked online briefly, protein powder that is on the market between whey isolate and vegan powder. This one from Vega gives more bang for your buck. More protein, more BCAAs, more ECAAs, and probiotics in one scoop. While each container having 45 servings. Meaning you get 45 scoops per container. Taste isn’t bad at all between peanut butter and chocolate. Since I mix this with almond milk, ill add a little bit of water for the powder to mix well and remove any clumps in my bottle. Still doesn’t taste bad.

This VEGA pea protein powder has been a great addition to my workout routine, both before and after. If you understand your body’s needs and workout goals, this, or likely any whey, can be beneficial. For me, the function and price of this particular powder were the deciding factors, especially since it’s affordable with EBT SNAP benefits. I appreciate that the ingredients are verifiably good and standardized. It mixes easily with water – I find this yields the best results as protein powder doesn’t seem to dissolve well or healthily in milk. The smell and taste are both really tasty, and it’s acceptably filling. The sugar content isn’t overwhelming either.

I have tried all of them except the berry flavor and i have to say that peanut butter and mocha are the best two flavors, though all of them taste really great. I use them for protein shakes that I drink daily and they blend up perfect no clumps or chalky taste. They taste exactly how they are suppose to. Love that its plant based. The scoop is included though usually buried. These are a little pricey so I only get them when they are on sale but they last a good minute. Highly recommend for anyone on a plant based diet that wants to increase their protein intake.

Formula changed. Do not buy.
Recent formula change tastes horrible. Like I put a tablespoon of salt in water, shook it up, and drank it. Salt flavor clearly and absolutely overpowers any other flavors it might have. Do not buy this again. To return it I did have to jump in a chat with a representative, but when I told them the problem and asked for a refund, they immediately said yes. Last time I tried getting a refund for this same exact problem with a different protein powder company they gave me a really hard time about it before finally refunding me.About these formula changes, though… So angry…. … People who actually care about doing something good decide to start a company. They make a product, improve it over time until they become the best on the market, or at least among the best. Then, when their company is worth the most money because they’ve made their products so amazing, they sell their company to some profit hungry people. The profit hungry people then slowly degrade the product over time by cutting corners little by little (frog in the pot of slowly heating water idea). An ingredient change here .. wait 6 or 12 months, ingredient change again. Is it to improve the ingredients? Improve the nutrition? Improve the taste? Well, they will certainly tell you those are the reasons! But the real reason is simply to use cheaper ingredients, lowering cost of production, while keeping the price the same, so that they make more profit.The main goal of the original owners was to make a good product that helped people.The main goal of the new owners is to make a profit.Come on original owners…. Now you’re gone and we want you back… Can’t you just keep being the owner while giving all the day to day tasks to other people? Your job would simply be to literally DRINK the product and see if it tastes good, and read the ingredients to make sure it’s still properly healthy and nutritious. If not, you tell them they are not allowed to go forward with the changes they have made.Earlier this year, or maybe it was last year, I was buying the protein powder tubs from Garden of Life. They sold out to some profit-focused company too – I’m sure you know what happened after that. They ruined the formula to make a more money.Amazon flags and removes your review if you use any colorful words, so I will refrain from doing so.It feels like all our good leaders are disappearing. They do cool stuff then hand the reigns over to some greedy people who ruin the good things they created. I get if you want to sell your company… But sell it to one specific person who you believe has proper ethics and morals. Preferably “sell” it in a way that keeps yourself as the person who has the final say on any changes.
