I FINALLY found a melatonin product that works for me!
I bought this because I have suffered from sleep issues my whole life. To this day, I go to bed and lay there for AT LEAST an hour (usually longer) before sleep hits me and it was all exacerbated by working night shift. These gummies completely transformed my life.I used to fall asleep around 3-4am. I wake up at 7am for work so I would be dying throughout the day before taking these gummies. Now with the gummies, I fall asleep around 10:30am. If you have never taken melatonin, start off easy. Start taking one before sleeping and eventually work your way up to two. You might have very lucid dreams at first. Eventually you’ll get used to them. In the beginning I had very creepy and weird dreams. Now everything is normal.
