Its good, brought back my energy but the not good side effect which I didn’t like was it makes me super hungry like starving. I stopped taking it because of that.

This is the brand and formulation that my doctor recommended so I’m giving it 5 stars. . I haven’t researched it beyond that so I have no idea if I agree with the amounts of each form of B in it.

Work a little too well!
As a part of my regiment it was reccomended I take a vitamin b-complex pill. This stuff does the trick and then some! My labs actually came back with my B12 too high and I had to cut back on my dosage. If you need a b12 boost then these absolutely will do the trick, or they at least did for me. My only complaint is the smell. It is very potent.
