I feel sure that these do what they advertise, and I like the convenience of several supplements in one, but they are EXTREMELY hard to swallow. I finally cut them in half to get them down. This time I ordered a different product.

These pills were impossible for me to swallow! I even tried cutting them in half and I still couldn’t get them to go down. I am 77 yo and have never had a single problem swallowing any pill.Amazon would not let me return them. I’m not surprised. It makes sense to me.
