Works great for me, I take 2 an hour before bed, no taste, great price, easy to swallow, I pretty much sleep all night. Great product. I tried 40mg melatonin and it kept me awake.

Great melatonin with a good value.
Great sublingual melatonin. I usually used to get the 5 mg from Natrol For years. But this one is a lot cheaper and doesn’t have some of the ingredients that I dislike in Natrol. So I just bite this in half and if I want a little more bite a little more. It works well and dissolves within a couple of minutes under tongue. I have had sleep problems for many years and also take a medication 20 minutes before I take this but this helps me with kicking in the sleep mode better.
