These work really well! For me, they take about 20-40 mins to kick in but once they do I knock out. The only bad thing I have to say is that I really can’t stand the taste so I try to wash it down with a strong drink. Other than that, amazing!

Pros : Very fast acting. I have a very hard time falling asleep & was jetlagged severely after flying back from the EU to Singapore. This worked like a charm in terms of falling alseep.Cons : I did wake up after about 4-5 hours every night. But I just fall back asleep so not a super con but just something to keep in mind. Make sure you drink plenty of water the next day.Of course I do not intend to take this regularly – but it is godsend if you are jetlagged! Recommend this product 🙂
