This is the second time I ordered this iron supplement. My PC Physician said I needed the iron and I’ve never supplemented before. Vitamins always make me sickly, burped, they gross me out because they smell bad. So in general I did not want to do this. Iron is know for GI upset and constipation.Well good news, These did not smell at all. No taste, no burping, it says slow absorption which I guess is the difference. The dose is just one a day and my iron was back to good levels within three weeks. Also, I had no idea how much I needed it. I felt terrible and had no idea why. Im have more energy, not dizzy, no more lethargy. I’m gonna take this for life. Hope this helps.

I love love love love love this B Complex. I have been taking it for years. I love taking my vitamins and supplements as I have figured out my diet doesn’t provide everything my body needs to work at it’s optimum function. When friends as what vitamins and supplements they should take and I always recommend them this particular B Complex as the main one. If I had to only choose one vitamin/ supplement this would be the one. It makes me feel great and helps with my energy levels. It says to take 2 at once but I take one when I wake up and one at lunch. My energy is stable till about dinner time.I do have one complaint in the years of taking it this last bottle smells like fish. They always have a weird almost like cigarette butt smell, which I am used to, but knowing the smell can come out in your urine and sweat and being a female that is not cool. 🙂 I really hope my next bottle is back to normal because I love this stuff and don’t want to have to find another B Complex that works for me.
