Would not recommend this book.
I was very disappointed with M. Crow’s book. There was very little information on Vitamin D. It seemed like she took info from other books and had no personal experience of her own.

Its a very nice book because a lot of people don’t know anything about vitamin D and how good it is for you.I want to thank writer , did a really good job on this book it will help a lot of people. I especially liked its long description and information.It is a tough topic but the author made it very easy to understand and clear.
