Bentonite ClayApple Cider VinegarLavender Essential Oil
Directions
– Mix equal parts Bentonite Clay and Apple Cider Vinegar into a creamy paste. (Use a glass or wooden spoon and bowl!)
– Add 1-3 drops of Lavender Oil.
– Apply all over your face (except around eyes and mouth).
– Let dry: 15-20 min for normal skin / 5-10 min for sensitive skin
– Rinse off with warm water and show off your radiant skin!
DIY Detoxifying Clay Bath Soak
Ingredients
½ cup Bentonite Clay½ cup Epsom saltsEssential Oil of your choice
Directions
– Dissolve Epsom salts and 3 drops of essential oil in bath water as the tub is filling up.
– With a non-metal bowl and spoon, gradually mix Bentonite Clay with a little bit of warm water until smooth.
– Gradually pour mixture into your bath.

Fabulous if used properly
It’s a great little magic powder. I only ever use it with white vinegar. I think it’s more beneficial and it blends better. If left on your skin too long it will severely dry you out and cause intense redness. My sweet spot is a thick application and waiting 5-7 minutes. If it’s on my legs/ anywhere but my face, I wait around 10-15. I do not let it dry fully on my face either. This is a huge container and should last a good while even if you use it as often as myself. Great for excessive oiliness, acne and scars. I use it on my body for ‘raspberry skin’ and have good results. Nothing immediate but nothing ever has been.Most people I know who do not like it, use water to mix it and leave it on for far too long. I think it’s OK for sensitive skin if you start with a very low time application like 5 minutes if not less and go from there. I am pretty red after but it fades within minutes and is from increased blood flow which is most of its magic. Any who, I say give it a try!

The side of the container has a QR code linked to the company’s website and there are some great recipes for face masks, foot soaks, toothpaste, and much more! The face masks leave my face looking sooo glowy and my pores are almost not visible!! It helps smooth fine wrinkles and with continual use it clears them for good! I’ve been using this for almost a full year (twice a week except my period week) it has helped us clear plaque from teeth, helped my skin when doing the face masks, and has helped my husband clear his athletes foot. It has tons of uses and is all natural but puhleeezzz read the directions all good things are good in the right amounts and used the right way -> don’t use metal to handle/mix it, don’t use while you’re on your period(skin everywhere is extra sensitive and can leave it red and splotchy). One container lasts a loooong time too! Like I said: I’ve used it for a full year and have only bought 2 containers (currently halfway through my 2nd) Hope this helps!

I used this as a mask. I have sensitive skin that is scarred from acne in my youth. I mixed the clay with water and applied a very thin layer on my face for 5 minutes. When I washed it off, my skin was slightly pink, but appeared much more smooth.I will buy this again. Highly recommend.
