You won’t be disappointed using this
This product is a God send. I suffer from HSV-2 and I was having multiple outbreaks on my left buttock. I saw a video on YouTube where a doctor mentioned Lemon Balm Extract to help in aiding with outbreaks. He stated that it cuts healing time in half. I started using the Lemon Balm Extract for my outbreaks and I must say they went away in 2 days. I wanted something else to add to my regimen & came across the Lemon Balm Salve. I read countless reviews & decided I would purchase 2 of them. They came fast also. I use the extract in my juice or water as well as on the skin as a topical ointment. I use a cotton ball & soak it with the LBE and wipe the area several times. I add the LBS to help make the outbreaks go away faster. The LBS makes my skin so soft & smooth. The area where it’s applied feels tingly & I love the scent. Other than the small spots that is visible from the outbreaks, you cannot tell that I ever had anything there. My skin is smooth. Even though I haven’t had an outbreak for the last few days, I always use the LBE & LBS on that area. Anyone that has HSV-2 knows how horrible the blisters can be in regards to size and itching. After a few days they scab. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. I read a lot of reviews about HSV-1 (Cold Sores) and how the LBS helped. I believe writing this review will help someone with HSV-2. I hope someone can find some piece of mind using this. I also use a herbalist who makes a special tea for me. It helps to remove the virus from the body. The tea is made with natural herbs only. When you begin to have multiple outbreaks, it’s called a Healing Crisis. If you are on any program like I am, continue to push through it. Don’t stop. It will be worth it. If you’re looking for a way to keep your outbreaks under control, Lemon Balm Salve along with the Extract will work wonders for you! (Know this was long but I want someone to know there’s hope).

Terrific product! I am prone to cold sores on my lips & nose ever since getting a horrible sunburn when I was younger. I heard from a friend that lemon balm oil is great for healing & preventing them, so I ordered this on Amazon. I used it to help heal a cold sore on my lip and it helped tremendously & quickly (just a few days as opposed to over a week with nothing or other products), and have used it almost daily for several months now. Haven’t had a cold sore show up at all, which is unusual for me in the summer months. I’ve had a tingle, the very first signs- put this salve on, and bam- thwarted. I’ve had this for several months & it’s lasted me a good while, considering I use it almost daily. It’s got a very pleasant lemony smell, and is very easily spread. Highly recommend this if you’re prone to cold sores- because not only does it heal them quickly, it will prevent them from showing up in the first place if used fairly regularly.

Bought this as an herbal remedy for cuts, scrapes, etc. I recently tried it when I nicked my ankle. There is little/no scent and, the salve is the consistency of a lip balm. It went over the scrape easily and I was able to put a bandage on without it slipping all over the place. Can’t say that it sped up the healing process but it did heal nicely and left a minimal mark. Not sure I would purchase again for the price but can understand why it is. The ingredients are worth it.

I really like this stuff. I had problems with the skin on my knees and had been to the dermatologist. He just froze them. I bought this for another reason but thought hmm let me try this on my knees. They are looking really good right now. Not 100% yet but far improved.

Simply put – this heals and completely stops cold sores from forming when used right when the tingling sensation starts! I have 2 jars – one for the medicine cabinet and one in my handbag at all times.I’ve had cold sores since I was very young, and in the last 2-3 years when they form they are very large and seem to last very long. I was very worried about scaring and finally went to the doctor and was given valtrex to take as necessary. Valtrex worked, but took a couple days to fully get rid of the sore. I recently purchased this lemon balm salve to try something more natural. The first time I tried it in conjunction with the valtrex, taking the Rx and applying the salve right when the tingling started, which was right before bed. When I woke there was NO sign of the outbreak. Usually with the valtrex alone the sore is still visible, just much less so. With the salve, it was gone and I could barely believe it!!The second time I tried the salve alone right when I noticed the tingling and the cold sore was beginning to form visibly. 4 hours later and there was no trace of the sore! This stuff is magical, and works better than valttrex for me!! Highly recommended for any who suffer from cold sores!
