I know it works while usig a waist burner belt. Use an old t-shirt underneath the sport apparel, it will turn colors. Overall quality fantastic!

Literally petroleum! It looks and feels just like Vaseline. Not hot whatsoever. A tiny faint smell of a scent but barely at all. Not joking the first five ingredients are petroleum, mineral oil, parafin wax, aloe vera, and coconut oil. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. I guess it’s relying on the tiny amount of peppermint oil, the very last ingredient, but for real that will do nothing when it has to penetrate through several oils and waxes. Obviously those heavy waxy ingredients are supposed to make us sweat more but it is for real just simply for sweating. There is no heat and barely a minty smell. What a waste and a lie. Anyone who things this will slim them is crazy. Don’t buy, I’m returning mine. If u want it, get a tub of Vaseline. It’s the same thing.

did nothing for sweat, but i wanted it for joint and muscle pain
This does not increase sweat for me at all but I got it for muscle pain and joint help and it does seem to help warm and loosen my knee and shoulder before needing to move on it.

This cream is amazing! It did wonders for my aches and pains and relaxed my muscles. I also noticed a little difference in my belly fat which is a problem for me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It really does work!
