Eases and prevents muscle cramps
Not sure if this cream does anything for my sleep but it does ease the muscles in my feet and ankles to prevent muscle cramps at night. The smell is pleasing. It is nice and thick making it perfect to get around the ankle bones and muscles in the foot. It quickly absorbs into the skin and doesn’t leave any stickiness or residue.

This cream is fantastic. I put it on sometimes right after taking a bath right before bed on my feet, my hand sometimes get a little cramp and it just works super fast. Very soft moisturizing it absorbs into my skin immediately and absolutely helps to eliminate the pain in the cramps that I get.
