Just Try It. You Won’t Be Disappointed
Decided to try after seeing one too many ads and as it turns out, this is my go to. It has replaced coffee and energy drinks for me in terms of finding energy boosts throughout the day. Its packed with vitamins, not to mention lions mane mushrooms which help A LOT when I’m feeling foggy at work.The ads that kept popping up on my feed really related to losing weight which made me skeptical on buying it since its hard to trust a lot of products these days. But lemme tell ya- they weren’t lying on that aspect of this product. Before purchase, I started out at a post partum, no matter what diet, exercise routine i struggled kept up with, i was stuck at a leveled out 147lbs. Not only did it curb my appetite from unnecessary snacking during the day, it basically shed the excess weight and I lost 22lbs in a matter of a few weeks. It helped me get back to my goal weight pre-baby #2.I am on my 3rd purchase so far and have tried all flavors available and they are all fabulous. It dissolves easily in cold water- even with ice so your drink is smooth. Once dissolved it doesn’t have any overpowering scent or lingering after taste like Bloom tea powders do. It offers to try it hot, but haven’t attempted yet. This bag does have about 30 servings in it so if you’re only having 1 a day, it’ll last you about a month. I mention “about” because got a month of use even with 2 servings some days and sharing with my mom.Personally, I think its worth the money. I’m not wasting 6-10 bucks a day on a couple of cans of Celsius drinks to help push through and the energy it gives you is a natural feeling, not jittery and you don’t get that crash like you normally would with coffee and energy drinks.

Not convinced it’s making a difference…
So I ordered this after I saw it SO MANY times on Amazon. I’m going through a weight loss program and I am trying to cut out coffee, increase my productivity (ADHD brain), and curb some of my appetite. I am just over a week into drinking this every single morning, so take this review for what it’s worth. While I do see a difference in my mental motivation and seem to be getting more done in the hours after drinking this, I have not noticed a difference in my appetite at all even though it’s “claim to fame” on Tiktok is nature’s zempic. The only thing health-wise I have noticed is that it is DEFINITELY cleaning out my gut, if you know what I mean…The packaging states to mix one scoop into 8 oz of water. If anyone is actually doing that, I will give you a standing ovation! It is SOOOO sweet, I have to water it down in my 30 oz water bottle in order to be able to drink it. It has allulose (zero cal sweetener), cane sugar, and stevia in it, all of which make it insanely sweet for me to consume without watering it down. It also has citric acid in it, so if it isn’t watered down, it makes my jaw hurt as if I have eaten one of those black warheads. My jaw hurts as I write this just thinking about it.Overall, I do really enjoy the taste and hopefully once I finish my monthly supply, I will notice some kind of difference. Although, I am not sure I will order this again with it being as expensive as it is. I’ll come back when I finish my 30 days and do a final update.

Life saver
I cant go a day without this, ive been drinking this for maybe 5 months and I have lost over 20 pounds and im down a pant size. This is combined with suppliments, diet change and getting active, I drink 16+ ounces every day and I don’t have to drink my morning coffee, my mood has improved, no crash, it tastes so good (at least the mango one does) and I just feel great. Doesn’t work for everyone, but it’s worth a try!
