I’m now on our second bottle of Sweet Eze! I take one pill after a couple of bites of a meal, then eat slowly and really concentrate on how my stomach feels. I stop when I no longer have a gnawing and have enough energy to get through tasks. It is easy to take these and just ignore their subtle help. I have done that, sometimes. When I do, of course, it doesn’t work. When used carefully, I lost 5 lbs in last month. Not fast, but sustainable. No longer have weight inching up again!! Thank you, thank you!!
