Quality ingredients/product judging by results of how I feel taking it. I bought a smaller size at first then this larger one. I used get very little sleep and wake up at the slightest noise. Had many totally sleepless nights. After a couple weeks, my sleep quality and length of time staying asleep greatly improved. Irritability and overwhelm feelings take noticeably longer to onset making a difference in my interactions. If a mood does come on it’s manageable at a fraction of what I previously felt and it’s quick to pass. There is no high type effect or mental fog. If anything my thinking and judgment are clearer. My thoughts are more positive and I have a bit more energy/motivation. I’m taking 2-3 capsules daily with no side effects. The capsules don’t have an odor or taste. Shipped fast. Product is fresh. Bottle is nice enough to use again. I will keep ordering and try other products from this line if I need because the potency, quality and value are self evident. Don’t hesitate to try the brand, highly recommend.

The ingredient really works but it does take a couple weeks of daily use to have noticable effect on me. Keep in mind the 1000mg is for each serving size(2 pills), not each pill.
