I prefer the lemon balm gummies but this is a good substitute. The taste is okay, I just put it I my water and I can’t tell the difference. Maybe it’s the placebo effect but it makes me feel a little less stressed sometimes.

Tastes like smoke, but might work?
As a natural over-stresser, I need all the help I can get when attempting to calming down. I ordered this thinking that it would taste like lemon grass, but uh…it tastes like liquid smoke to me. Not really something that calms me down, but eh. I have never tried ashwagandha, so I am not sure how I react to it. I have felt a bit less stressed at work when I use this in the morning, but that could also be because of other factors (weather improving, getting caught up at work, etc). I’m not sure that I would purchase this again or recommend it to others because I am unsure of the efficiency.
