I am so thankful to incorporate saffron extract into my supplement regime. As a nursing mother who gets very little sleep, I have been feeling a bit more refreshed when waking up since taking the saffron. It is great to have natural supplements to use on a daily basis. I’ve been taking the 100% Pure Saffron Extract for a little while now, mainly for its supposed benefits in appetite control and mood support. It’s easy to take and hasn’t caused any side effects, which is great.However, I honestly can’t tell if it’s making much of a difference. I haven’t noticed any major changes in my appetite, weight, or energy levels. It might just take more time, or maybe it works better for some people than others.Overall, it seems like a decent supplement, but I haven’t seen clear results yet. I’ll keep taking it a bit longer to see if anything changes.
