Easy to take, no aftertaste, and helps with cravings
I’ve been taking these CLA softgels for about three weeks and so far, I’m pretty happy with the results. The capsules are large but smooth and easy to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any weird aftertaste or burping like I have with some other oil-based supplements. This CLA supplement is easy to swallow, and I have no issues with it. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if supplements are actually doing what they’re supposed to be doing but so far these are working good and causing no reactions. There is no odor and are easy to digest.

Cla 3000This review is for Vicwell CLA 3000 , 90 capsules.I got this to work with my health and exercise routine. This is helping with fat burning metabolism and muscle. The expiration on this is valid through March 20 27 and it is non-GMO, GMP lab certified, gluten-free.This has all the label stamps you would want in a supplement listed on this bottle!I have been working on diet and exercise and did some research to add this to my diet as a daily supplement. I’m following the directions on the bottle and taking three of the supplements 30 minutes before meals and I take mine before my lunch.I am looking forward to the benefits of the supplement. I have friends who have tried them before not necessarily this brand but they have tried this form of supplement and it was highly recommended that I take this for optimal health, weight loss, fat loss and my metabolism.I’m hoping this will help with some thyroid issues and help me feel more energetic.I do recommend this CLA , it is a wonderful product!I have lost 4 pounds and I’m happy with that! It’s going to take time but I look forward to continuing to take this.I highly recommend this but always check with your doctor.

Didn’t Notice Much in Terms of Effectiveness, Doesn’t Seem to be the Best Quality Ingredients
The serving size is 3 capsules per day. I don’t think the quality of ingredients are top of the line, and I can’t find much from the company in terms of testing and purity standards.I don’t believe the quality aligns with the current value. Capsules are large and made with gelatin. For those that may have trouble swallowing capsules, I don’t think this is the best option for you.

Easy to swallow
This CLA supplement is easy to take. The softgels are soft and a size that is easy to swallow.. There is no smell or weird afteraste. The ingredients appear to be good quality. My digestive system has not protested since I incorporated them into my routine, which is nice. So far, I haven’t seen weight loss effects but that may be because they need to build nup in my system. So, I can’t speak to their intended effectiveness yet but I am eagerly awaiting results.

Not too Bad, But Hard to Say.
Been taking for a while. I haven’t noticed any change in my weight. If it has helped or if it was effective, it has not been noticeable. The capsules are good quality, none of them were broken, discolored, or fowl smelling. I did notice that often times after taking these, I would get mild heartburn. They are easy to swallow, and are not too big. But overall, I wouldn’t recommend. They did not perform overall as described, in fact, I even gained a little weight…. and yes, I do exercise. I run about 10 to 15 miles per/week, and cycle about 130-200 miles per week as well.

Helps reduce the snacking
They have no noticeable taste or smell and while a bit on the larger side the pills are easy to take and go down easy. They are made from safflower oil so gentler on the stomach than some brands. The bottle comes with 90 gel tabs which is a 30-day supply meaning you take 3 per day which is somewhat inconvenient. I have been taking them for just about 2 weeks and have lost 3 pounds without any other dieting or increased exercise, not a miracle drug but seems to be consistent. I have also noticed that I do feel as hungry as often so snacking less.
