I’ve noticed a change in my pain and immune system. I think it’s helps with inflammation and keeping your immune system boosted for sure. I’m not sure what other health benefits though. Easy to take. Seems it could be helping with improved mood as well. They are fairly large capsules, so they’re easier to swallow than some traditional horse pills, but keep in mind that they really are large.

I think this product is amazing. It’s got a long list of well-known ayurvedic herbs that have proven healing effects. In addition, it’s made in a GMP lab and is third party tested. There are enough pills in each bottle to give you a three month supply! Which means you’re paying approximately $10 – $12 bucks per month, for a whole host of very healing herbs.

$39 for 90 days as I’m reviewing, I really can’t decide if that’s a good value or not; it seems high to me, but there are a lot of supplements in each capsule. I really like the ayurvedic supplements and was looking forward to trying these when I saw them available in the Vine program, so free to me in return for my review. From what little I do know about ayurvedic writing, I’ve always been impressed and curious. I’ve tried triphala before, and I believe this has those ingredients, and it has many more. So why two stars? For the first day or two, I felt like this maybe helped my digestive system. After a few weeks, though, I began passing blood. Could have been a few reasons, but I stopped taking these and it stopped. After two or three weeks I tried again to the same result the first day, stopped again, tried it again after a few more weeks, and again immediately began passing blood. I feel like there is something in here that is a blood thinner, possibly more than one of the included supplements may have the side effect of thinning blood, I don’t know for sure. What I do know is that regardless of any potential benefits from all of the things in each of these capsules, I’m not taking them if they make me pass blood, which they do. I was tempted to go one star, it’s simply my respect for the ayurvedic writings that makes me go up to two stars. I like the idea of these but definitely can’t recommend them.
