**Updated with resultsI started taking 1MD Nutrition CholestMD after getting some elevated cholesterol numbers in my recent lab work. I’m making changes to my lifestyle overall, including cutting back on alcohol and improving my diet, but I wanted to add a targeted supplement to support those efforts.I’ve been taking CholestMD daily for about a month and a half now with zero side effects. The pills are a bit larger than something like Tylenol, but they’re easy enough to take with water. So far, I feel good, and I’m hopeful this supplement is making a positive impact.I’ll be getting my cholesterol retested in about two weeks and plan to update this review with the results. As always, I recommend checking with your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially for something as important as cholesterol health.So far, so good — this seems like a solid, well-formulated product.**Cholesterol down 124 points, Triglycerides down over 700 points. HDL/LDL relatively unchanged. All test now in normal range. I do feel this supplement helped in addition to lifestyle changes I have made.

Did not reduce my husband’s cholesterol
My husband cannot take statins, so after MUCH research he decided to try this to help reduce his cholesterol. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, so he’s back to square one. It may work for some, but not for him.

My cholesterol last year was 205. I started taking this because I do not want to take a statin. It was rated number two. I was able to find it cheaper and monthly through Amazon so I spent the money for over 9 months. Took 2 every single day. My cholesterol is now 219. Stopped my subscription because it didn’t work at all
