I haven’t noticed any positive effects from taking this supplement. But I understand it will take some time, perhaps 2-3 weeks before any positive improvements can be felt. I will update this review when differences are noticed. I know this is not terribly helpful, but I was prompted to review my purchae opf the Horbaach maca root supplement and so I wanted to give that review as it stands now.

I think they’re effective! Mood improvement and increased energy level is real and I think it’s due to these supplements. I started taking them 2-3 weeks ago not daily but a couple times a week. And have noticed the change. Tmi but I also noticed I have bowel movements way more often. Not diarrhea, normal BMs just not used to going multiple times a day, but that may also be normal, I have horrible digestion so that may be a plus from supplement lol
