Nice price but upset my stomach
I liked this vitamin had a lot of the nutrients I need except iron. Price was good so I gave them a try. For some reason they give me the runs; maybe I need to get used to them IDK. After a few weeks I only take these in the afternoon and evening when I’m home. I was taking a similar name brand hard pill vitamin before this, without a side effects. I like the options online but I won’t order these again because of the upset stomach issue. I work outdoors so running to the bathroom a-lot doesn’t work for me.
