Periodic Updates
This supplement takes time to work. But having come from a background of a few medical issues, it is worth the wait and journey to recover as this supplement improves over time eith usage. So I will be updating this review of the improvements periodically.Week 1/2: alongside with iron as I was also severely deficient having had low ferritin levels, optimal was supposed to be 120+ for my body to avoid symptoms, instead I was 10. So shortness breath and “air hunger” was a common thing. Hence alongside the iron but especially when I began this blood pressure supplement (as that was another issue I had post partum for two/three years so far), I felt as though I am beggining to take *full meaningful and deep oxygen filled breaths again*. This has also helped reduce my anxiety as medically the shortness of breath was causing an increase of stress, and a state of panic in reaction to the smallest of things.Week 3/4: to be continued! Will update all the way until the recommended 90 day (3 month) usage and add a 6 month review also.

Blood pressure dropped too low
This is difficult to write because I have just experienced two separate episodes. I am on my second month and second week of taking these and I do love the ingredients and it looks potentially very helpful and healthy but the blood pressure drops were frightening and I felt faint, and at one point had to crawl on the floor to make it to my bed, after going downstairs for a glass of waterLong story short this product when I took only one pill per day for 30 days on the 40th day gave me an incident of very low blood pressure that was scary. I am not sure whether to empty the pills out and take half or not.
