Good value for the two-pack
This fragrance-free 100% pure mag oil is simple to use thanks to its spray cap. A nightly shot on my feet helps with dry skin. As for the pits, I spray on my palms and gently dab to prevent over-applying.For those with a medical condition where we soak our bun in a sitz bath, this oil is good replacement for Epsom salt. A light dab of the oil on the affected area seems to work as well.As for “Uocasi,” one star off for lack of trust in the brand since there’s no info to be found other than an address in the UK/Ireland (similar to the other mineral oil brands on Amazon).The price for the two-pack though makes this a good value.

Feels good on my skin.
As with any supplement, it is hard to quantify the efficacy. We like it
The best way to absorb magnesium is through the skin so we have been using these sprays for a while. Try it yourself and see if it makes a difference to you. I feel that it is worth the investment and I am not allowed in reviews to claim whether medicinal products work or not but I will say that we are going to continue using this.

Work great & great value!
I am a soccer referee, and might do anywhere from 1 to 4 (sometimes more) matches a day. After such long hours on my feet, running back and forth, my legs and feet are always sore and aching the next day; if not the same day. After searching for a solution to help alleviate some of the pain I found this Magnesium Spray. I’ve used it in the past and find it to be very effective and high quality. I keep it in my referee bag and spray it on between games and at home recovering. I like the spray instead of a lotion because it is quick and easy to apply. It is easy to rub in and dries quick. If you use to much it is still fine, but it might leave a white powdery residue (the magnesium chloride). It quicky absorbs through the skin and offers quick relief. The quantity is very generous for the price and there are no fillers. I highly recommend this spray.

Great for sore muscles
As soon as this bottle arrived o sprayed it on my left foot which has been aching for weeks. After generously spraying, I massaged my foot and found relief within 10 mins of application. The bottle says it can also be used as a deodorant. I am curious to see how effective it is to control odor. I like that these came as a 2 pack, allowing me plenty of time to see what other uses I can try. This is a topical oil. It is not edible.
