I’ve been taking these pills for the past two days (I started them on April 5th). I will try to update this review as much as I can. One thing I think is worth mentioning is that I had bypass surgery 12 years ago and started gaining weight back in the last three years (20lbs). I’m 41, 5’4″, and my current weight is 165 lbs. I also know hormones and stress play a considerable part in this.Day 1: I took the Water Weight Away (WWA) and the Complete Detox Matrix (CDM) as soon as I finished my lunch. I didn’t drink any extra water, just had my regular intake. Felt more energetic throughout the day and didn’t have snack cravings until dinner time. I usually go to bed late, around 2 am, and that’s when I took ONE pill of the 15 Day Cleanse (15DC).Day 2 (April 6th): No cramps or discomfort throughout the night; I felt like using the bathroom as soon as I woke up, but it was just gas/bloating. Two hours later, it hit me; I really had to go and spent around 20 minutes in the bathroom. No runs, just normal consistency feces. Took WWA and CDM after lunch. No water intake increase. No cravings until dinner time. 15DC before going to bed, this time with the recommended 8 oz of water.Day 3 (April 7th): No cramps or discomfort throughout the night. Had to use the bathroom right away, for 20 minutes. No runs, but softer stool than usual. I took the WWA pill in the morning with 8 oz of water and my coffee. I’m feeling thirstier than usual, so I’m increasing my water intake. I’m also starting a caloric deficit diet today. A couple of hours after having lunch and taking the CDM, I had to go to the bathroom again. No cramps or discomfort, just the urgency to go. I’ve started taking the CDM, I haven’t felt the need to snack or even hunger between meals.Day 4 (April 8th): Same thing as the day before. Unfortunately, I haven’t lost any weight yet — still 165 lbs. Instead of one 15DC pill, I will start taking two as recommended.

So I’m on Day 2 ( although I took Thursday night).Listen this 15-day cleanse will get you moving. It is something that you have to have the latitude to allow it to work. Meaning, it will kick in whenever. With that being said within 5 mins of your body’s notification, it’s time to go. No I don’t need 20 mins. Sorry this is so personal, but I believe that if you usually take 10-15 mins you still may. For me nope in and out quickly. Without high fiber in my diet I will not go as I should. This right here, is the business. It will keep you cleaned out. I would highly suggest that you skip a day in between if it’s too harsh for you. The ACV with glucosamine should work wonders for processing carbs and your metabolism as well as PH balancing your blood against inflamation. All good stuff in this set. Watch your body and only do as much as you can tolerate. Meaning skip days if needed, 15 days would be great BUT it’s not happening here. It may be 20 days or more. Once done I will cool down for 30 days then do again. Someone said this was a laxative, but it’s not. Natural herbs are meant to help your system function effectively. Drink that WATER increase by 100%. Yes I recommend! I’ll update after I complete this set. Tip: A healthy diet go a long way to it’s effectiveness. 🙂

Worst detox/diet experience I have ever had – thanks for nothing Youth & Toxic
This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 – 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains – all day. Every day you think “Tomorrow has to be better”. But it’s not. It’s just as terrible, if not worse day by day.Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn’t even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this “detox” but – delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I’m worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. I am not sure if you’re supposed to see the difference within the week or not when it comes to these pills. The cleanse and the detox definitely work you definitely cleanse your digestive system. It definitely helps a decent tox and take out all of the toxins that may be in your colon. But the water weight pills don’t necessarily or at least I didn’t feel like they worked for me. I felt like the water weight was still on especially because I drink a lot of water throughout the day so I figured that this would help with the water weight and the bloating or maybe it’s not water weight at all that I have on me, but it didn’t make much of a difference for me in terms of the water weight I think that the detox and the cleanse together are very good match, and that definitely worked in terms of bloating and kind of feeling a little more energized once your body cleanse.
