Having purchased many, many products for my hair, none provided what I felt my hair needed. “60 Natural Hair Growth Potions” came to my rescue with a variety of recipes for making your own specialized product. What I liked most about this book was that it provides you the ingredients benefits as well. This will be my go to from now on. The products I’ve purchased and didn’t like? These will possibly be donated to my area women’s shelter.

Already knew most of the recipes…but great to re-read about oils and leaves and grocery products…deep conditioners are the best…avocado is the best…as for oils, I love olive oil and avocado oil…I will be trying out curry leaves,rosemary and sage
