Not Recommended For Those That Dapple In Depression
So I was taking this pill for around three weeks and I considered the side effect but didn’t really piece it together until after the fact. I have my ups and downs mood wise anyways and may have some days harder than others but usually im okay handling my baseline. These three weeks i was on the pill though, i felt extremely sad every to every other day. Some days I’d wake up already feeling sad and overwhelmed with everything. I began falling behind on all the routines i typically keep and i remember telling someone that my happiness just feels really fragile on the days i wasnt feeling too terrible. I ended up stopping my pill for about a week and started to feel a bit better, not 100% but a lot more like my normal self and wasn’t feeling so overwhelmed and over stressed with life. Thats when i started looking up the different side affects for some of the ingredients and though macas a great anti-depressant, ashwagandha can worsen depression and lack of motivation in both teens or people that already struggle with depressive symptoms or states. Im not saying that this will be the case for everyone but i felt i should share so people know to either stay away or to keep a look out in case you do decide to go forward with this purchase.
