These work just as expected. They are in capsule form but you will get coal dust on your fingers when you take one out. Obviously, they are very dry so take with lots of water. They are not overly large so not hard to swallow. The cost was excellent, great value for the money.

Great as a digestion aide
Great for anything in your system that doesn’t belong and is causing you yo be sick – diarrhea, nausea, cramping, any poison you accidentally drank or ate. Charcoal is a great absorbent and will absorb it all. Just remember the worse the problem the more you’ll have to take and may need to take a few times before it cleans everything up.

First aid kit must!
Organic activated charcoal from coconut shells. 600mg per tablet.Activated carbon absorbs toxins because 1 gram activated carbon has 32,000 square feet of surface area.I got these as refill for the first aid kit. My county has no hospital so I am at least 1 to 6 hours from medical care. There are also 30 species of poison mushrooms on the property.I have friends who like to cook with wild mushrooms, and ducks and dogs who like to eat bad things.When you call poison control or the veterinarian, let the know the suspected poison and symptoms, then let them know you have 600mg activated charcoal tablets. You will still have to drive for treatment but it might be a less panicked drive.They will have you open the capsules and add them to water. An Emergency room dose will be multiple times what is in the bottle and they treat symptoms so you will still have to drive to the doctor.

decent charcoal caps
Activated charcoal has so many different uses in my house, we use it when there are upset stomachs, detoxification protocols. his activated charcoal comes in your standard gel cap, which are easy to swallow. Overall decent quality, but I didn’t see anything or experience. Anything that really set this apart from any of the other activated charcoal I’ve used.
