Made for all skin types. Has a very light scent. Put a little on in the morning and at night. Makes yout skin feel super soft. I put this on after I applied all my oil treatments to seal in the moisture. This small 2oz bottle — (cream based) has a gel texture. Don’t use a lot or else it will feel sticky. I use it in the morning and at night. I wakeup feeling refreshed. This is my second purchase. I highly recommend. Great for all skin types. You’ll love it.

Collagen CANNOT be absorbed through the skin. It’s still actually pretty good…
Bought this before I researched enough to learn that collagen cannot be absorbed through the dermal layer. If you want collagen, supplements are the only viable way to use them.So, with great skepticism (and a bit of ire, since the return winds had closed), I opened the jar and tried it.Wow.It’s a gel, goes on well, feels light, no discernible scent, absorbs fast and my skin feels moisturized but not goopy for HOURS. When I wake up and wash my face, I can feel the slightest “softness” to the skin from the product (like aloe vera, if you dilute it with water), and my skin feels plumped, soft and smooth.Been using it every night and I LOVE it (apart from the misleading advertising, hence I docked it one star).

I’ve never used anything like this before and have another to compare it tooI wash my face, sometimes exfoliate, I used Pur dor vitamin C, then this, and I follow up with Dr. Perricome and many other products depending on the time of year plus my makeupI always dry my face with my blow dryer to set it before I use my Laura geller baked foundationThere’s no smell or irritation. I can’t say enough good things. My skin is brighter. No sticky, lightweight, very effective, and all i do is put this on after I wash my face and pat it dryI highly recommend

Buyer beware: No safety seal
First, I should say that I can’t speak to the efficacy of this product yet, but I’ll update my review to reflect any significantly positive or negative outcomes.I’m writing this review quickly because I have safety concerns about the packaging and want other safety-minded people to know so they can make a more informed decision.First, and I knew this going in, no product intended for multiple uses should be in an open jar like this. Many studies have shown that bacteria remain on hands even directly after washing them, which means after using this product bacteria are being sealed in a petri dish to breed and potentially make our skin break out, or worse. There are jars on the market with pump dispensers that work great for controlling the worst of this problem and I wish all beauty products in jars would hurry up and become part of that trend.What disturbed me most was the lack of safety seal. Even the presence of an only minorly effective type, such as one of those round stickers on the box, would have kept me from writing this review, but neither the box nor the jar/lid had any protection whatsoever. The lid unscrewed readily and there was just an unsecured barrier on top of the lotion, presumably to keep the lotion from going up into the lid. That’s a nice perk but I’ll take a safety seal over that any day.Having said that, I didn’t notice any scent, which I like, and I also like like the light-medium weight and feel of the lotion. I’ll continue to use it to see if it yields results, but am unlikely to purchase it again. It’s also a good amount for the money, though I did buy it at a discount.
