Overall I am very happy with the product, the bottle is pretty cute and most importantly feels high quality, I love that it comes with it’s own sleeve for easier holding so you don’t get burned when you put hot water in it. The double walls also keep the bottle from feeling too hot to the touch. It is easy to clean and use, just make sure you read all the instructions and watch the video before using. Also the company offers excellent customer service, originally my bottle had arrived with a top lid that had several scratches. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement lid, Amanda was very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. I was sent a whole new replacement bottle at no charge, which arrived faster than it said it would. I am very happy with the product, I have used it for a couple of days now daily, and no problems at all.

Versatile and Easy to Use Tea Infuser
I am an avid tea drinker and when I saw this cool Tea Infuser Bottle I just had to give it a try! Mostly I use loose teas so that was the main appeal for me. I love how I can brew up a batch with hot water or cold water. The cold water brews are more refreshing to me because they aren’t as concentrated. I also tried it with some cucumber and fresh mint which was delicious! It is super easy to clean; the infuser part detaches easily and can be put through the dishwasher. The other nice thing is the size. It is 14 oz total which is equal to about two regular cups of tea. The bottle and infuser are well constructed with quality materials. So if you are into tea, or just want a way to make some more delicious and refreshing beverages, I would highly recommend the Hey Girl Tea Infuser Bottle!

I Drink From This All Day Long
This bottle is so lightweight, gorgeous, and still sturdy. I’ve found so many uses for this bottle both home, and on the go!In the morning, you can add either a tea bag or loose tea to the infuser and steep for a bit, and the beauty of the bottle design is that you can flip it over, remove the infuser and close the bottle up again to take on the go.During the day, I’ve been dropping a teabag in the infuser part of it, and filling it with room temperature water so that I can drink a lightly flavored brew later in the day, but this bottle is great at making a nice hot brew and keeping it piping hot as well.At night, I would prepare a bedtime tea to drink, and keep it on my nightstand and sip it at my leisure while reading a book. The tea stays hot for such a long time, and I can add some hot water and lemon to the bottle before bed so that I can sit some lemon water in the morning.Since getting this bottle, I’ve hardly been using any other mugs/cups, and drinking teas has been so much more enjoyable.

I thought I would use this more. I can count the number of times I’ve used it on one hand since I bought it in July. It’s not the company’s fault. I’m sure it’s amazing for some. After a cursory glance through the reviews, I don’t know if anyone has pointed these things out.– It’s heavy. Very heavy for someone with RA. The glass is as long and big as the widest part of my forearm. It’s too huge for me to drink from comfortably. If you’re just having a cup of tea around the house, it’s just a cumbersome tall glass.– If you have a large dog who wags his tail violently while walking, chances are he’ll knock it off the coffee table.– The filter works well. But again, it can be a headache when you consider you have to flip the bottle over unscrew the bottom to get to the filter. If you’re doing this with a toddler or pet around weaving between your feet, it’s a pain.– This is customer error but it’s really easy to cross thread the bottom without realizing it. If you’re not paying attention you’ll have a hot mess on your countertop.My critiques are fussy and aren’t the company’s fault. The bottle is beautiful, has a nice box to keep it in, and the added sleeve is amazing. It’s high quality. The filter basket is sturdy, and I saw no stray bits of tea floating in my glass. But personally, I wished they made a shorter glass that loads the tea from the top.I’m giving four stars because I got what I paid for an adorable, high-quality tea bottle. I love the company and their tea, but this glass isn’t practical for me.

Perfect infuser
This infuser is VERY thick.. which is awesome for 2 things… insulation (I’ll get back to that) And sturdy if your like me and a tad clumsy. So the insulation I was talking about… I filled this up with very hot water (hottest keurig setting) and the bottle was just a little warm.. like the perfect hand warmer for cold days (or nights) how long it stays warm I’m not entirely sure (yet) I get impatient and have to toss an ice cube in, so I can drink the delicious tea. Also perfect for some iced cold water with fruit infusion. The small mesh will infuse your water, while keeping the pulp from floating through the water (like lemons like to do) lol. Oh and before I forget.. this is perfect for travel as it has a top and does not spill, also the bottom is removeable..which makes for easy cleaning

Love this! I have used it almost everyday since it’s gotten it. Usually for tea but I have been infusing my water with berries and cucumber. The box itself is adorable and what I store it in typically (if it’s not on my drying rack in the kitchen). The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are making tea you need to allow it to steep and then remove the tea leaves. Now personally I just keep them in there which makes it stronger as you continue to drink it but if this is going to be your routine just keep in mind the amount of time it will take. It’s not a grab and go container. This company also makes loose leaf tea and my favorite so far is the cleanse. My cousin didn’t like the taste but isn’t accustomed to drinking tea that isn’t sweet lol.

Really nice cup for brewing tea on the go and I like the way the strainer is located at the bottom vs the top so you don’t end up with loose leaves tea clogging top when your try to sip your tea

Initially the product seemed great although the packaging was missing the lid so likely someone else had already purchased and returned the product. The bottle holds a little less than I had hoped but seemed sturdy, easy to clean and looked great. However, after three uses the bottom started to leak and the plastic of the lid started to come apart from the stainless steel cover. Never put in the dishwasher, only hand washed. Completely un-usable now. Very disappointed.
