I actually read an article in Drum! Magazine about the benefits of Spirulina & Chlorella capsules. Being a 48 year old full time working, coach of 3 of my kids sports, and drummer in a band on the weekends I wanted to try it. The benefits sounded undeniable and the fact that these ingredients are the life sustaining ingredients of the original living things on Earth and are still what keeps many species alive are enough proof for m to try it. Science rules. The fact that the product was inexpensive, easy to injest, and arrived in two days was a bonus. Increased My Energy and Brings Some Detox Benefits, too
I bought this blend of Spirulina and Chlorella in the hopes that my fatigue was maybe a result of needing to detox from chemicals, etc. I have never taken either Spirulina or Chlorella. I am a middle-aged woman in good health. I walk a mile to a mile and a half a day (used to do more, before I had a stroke) in addition to my household activities. I don’t eat a great diet though, because I work 10-14 hours a day, which is probably partly to blame for being tired a lot.All that being said, I love this product because after taking it for just over a week, my body is indeed already doing a detox, but not to the point that it shuts down my daily activities or causes the Herxmeir Effect. The best part is every time I take a capsule, I have a little extra energy for about an hour afterwards, and since I take three a day, that really helps a lot.I love this product and plan to keep taking it as long as possible.

Excellent Product
I am on my 3rd bottle of Allied Life Sciences Spirulina and Chlorella, and have a 4th one ready when I finish the current bottle. I started taking it for the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties as well as for enhanced immunity and for detoxification. I had tried another brand previously, but find this one to be superior. The only problem I have ever had was when it was delayed being received (which was a postal issue, not any fault of Allied Life Sciences) I found their customer service department to be above and beyond what one normally encounters these days. I will continue to use this product as well as recommend it to others.
