Cannot confirm if the product helped me in anyway…
Before using this product, do some online research to see if you will have any issues with the ingredients. While I had no issues with them, I cannot confirm if the product helped me. When I finished using it, I didn’t order anymore. You can put this product in oatmeal, coffee, smoothies, juices, etc. The lids can be very very difficult to unscrew. So if your neighbors hear you screaming and throwing a tantrum…it’s the container’s fault, not yours! I reached out to the company that makes the product to let them know that their lids are very hard to unscrew and they weren’t much help. The containers have removable labels, this way you can reuse them for other things and they are dishwasher safe.
