Seems to help inflammation. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory, and this brand is a good one. I wish they didn’t have erithrol in it! You can use monk fruit or stevia and NOT use Erythritol!! Please consider revising so you can take out that Erythritol, which is bad for your heart, among other things.
