Amazing Benefits
Green tea has some amazing benefits- we all know that. I am just not a huge fan of the taste. I want the benefits, though, so I decided to try this supplement. I really like how it makes me feel, and I’m excited for the immune boost and other health benefits.

Good green tea extract supplement in tablet form
First, I think these are high-quality tablets comprised primarily of an excellent green tea extract. As you can see from my image, the tablet dissolved nicely in a little (cold) water. The picture was taken after about 10 or 15 minutes. I then drank the water and chewed the rest of the tablet (not recommended to chew these, by the way). It was quite bitter, with a hint of green-tea taste, which leads me to believe this is a good-quality extract. The general (and more specific) health benefits associated with green tea are certainly well documented. All things being equal, I would prefer to just drink unsweetened green tea, but I drink a lot of coffee and almost never get around to making green tea. I do love extracts, especially before a workout. At around $20 for 30 tablets (one per serving), I don’t think this is the best value, but I do believe in the quality and efficacy of the supplement.

Most likely from China, but these seem to be decent; it’s hard to know for certain, though
This is a review for: Green Tea Extract Tablets – Camellia Sinensis, 200mg 50% Polyphenols | Daily Wellness Supplement | Non-GMO, Gluten Free – 30 CountThis product comes from a small company based in Florida. They specialize in botanicals. Mostly they come from China, though. If this is an issue for you, you should probably search for something that is clearly actually grown in the USA, Japan, or some other country that you trust and feel good about.Personally, I have a real problem with all these companies who try to hide the fact that they’re getting their source materials from China. These tea leaves are very probably grown in China. Almost certainly so. Otherwise, they would tell you where they are grown. They avoid telling you where they are grown because a lot of people don’t want to ingest things that come from China. And I can’t blame them. I don’t particularly like doing so myself. They say “packaged” in USA. Or “manufactured” in USA. Or “made” in USA. They don’t say *grown* in USA, unless they actually are grown in the USA, in which case they say it because it is a major selling point for a lot of people.I don’t like the deception here at all. It’s very common, though, in the supplement industry. They get cheap buckets or barrels of stuff from China, put it in capsules and bottles, slap a label on it, mark it way up, and make it sound like it’s coming from the USA — and fooling a lot of people, intentionally. And making a lot of money through fooling people.I don’t like this at all. That said, I’m not too worried about tea leaves. But you never know. It’s worth doing a little research on the contaminants they have found in some products coming from China. If I recall correctly, that includes tea leaves.I think everyone has the right to know the source of products they are putting into their bodies. It’s important. And these companies typically hide it. There should be a law requiring full disclosure. Maybe there will be in the future; I hope so.All that said, these seem to be decent as far as I can tell. But it’s hard to know.I wish they would tell you the caffeine content. The caffeine content seems substantial in my experience, but I would like to know exactly how much I’m getting.

Perfect for those who enjoy green tea but may not have time to make themselves a cup
Green tea has long been known for its antioxidant properties and low caffeine levels. As an avid drinker of green tea each day, the supplements are extremely helpful for times when I cannot make myself a cup either because I am traveling or simply because I don’t have the time to boil water. They have a pleasant flavor on the tongue and are small enough that day go down easy with a small cup of water which is fantastic. I wish I found these earlier because I could’ve saved myself a lot of time as I am on the road a lot for work.

Green tea made easy, but not cheap.
The headline says it all; this is essentially an easy way to consume green tea without the actual tea making process. If that sounds right up your alley, then these are for you. They appear to have all the benefits of green tea other than the satisfaction of drinking it, and they do so in the form of a very small tablet. Additionally, I experienced no unwanted effects over the course of a couple week of taking these, so that is a plus.As far as I am concerned, these are good to go. As far as value goes, they are okay. Eighteen bucks (at the time of review) for 30 seems a bit pricey for a more convenient form of green tea, but whether or not that value translates to your needs, is up to you.

Tiny bottle but good stuff
The bottle is tiny, the print is tiny, and the tablets are small, so they take up very little room at the bottom of the tiny bottle, which is mostly filled with cotton. But this is a very fast and convenient way to get the healthy polyphenols in green tea. However, I love the taste of green tea and sipping a cup of hot tea while I take a break from the day is a very enjoyable experience for me, so I’d prefer to get my polyphenols that way. But if you don’t like the taste of tea, this supplement would be a good option.

Company states that this product is made in the USA
I’m not a medical professional so I won’t give advise about this product but if you are searching for Green Tea Supplements I can tell you that the bottle arrived without the outside of the cap being sealed, the inside under the cap was sealed and the expiration date is 17 months out. I have good eyesight but I needed to take a picture of the supplement facts label just to be about to enlarge it so I could read it, I’ve included the photo work my review for you
