A great product!
I decided to cut down on my coffee intake, and a friend suggested trying ginseng instead, so I bought this brand because the price was good and the reviews were too overall.So when I got these, instead of coffee I took the suggested serving of 2 capsules the next morning after a light breakfast and was surprised how quickly they act.It was a better “lift” than coffee- way more mellow- but it felt a little too strong, so the next morning I just took 1 1/2 capsules- perfect!At 72, I’m looking forward to being healthier taking these instead of coffee, but if you buy these, do as the label says and take them after a meal, not on an empty stomach.So far I’m very pleased with this ginseng, and plan on reordering!

amazing product I am 74yrs. old I have C.O.P.D. back in the winter for 2months I hade to take prednisone well I gained weightwent to my lung doctor in june my weight was 174lb I read about ginseng started taking it about a month later I went for my regulardoctors check up and I weighed 169.2 I was thrilled and I owe it all to ginseng complex it really takes that hunger urge away. I really would recommend it if you need to loose some pounds, and my doctor said it would help my immune system which I need because I had a heartattack and 6 years before I had a stroke so I need all the immune system help I can get. bobbie basham

Hangover Helper?!!
So, I have this awful personal tradition of hitting the alcohol nonstop throughout Thanksgiving day. Some liqueur gets added to the coffee, something in the mimosa family comes next, then I’m all about quality beer to make the rest of kitchen time as enjoyable as possible. Every year I swear I’ll stop early the next Thanksgiving, in the name of preserving a little function for Black Friday…. which in my case is only black because that’s how I wish the house could stay all day long. This year I’m more into supplements than ever, which is saying a lot, so I thought I’d load myself up on Turkey Day and be fine the next day. Only, I was too busy and preoccupied with food prep… so much for preventative measures!Today is Black Friday, and I’d taken all I could think of to help… hydrating, ibuprofen, tylenol… those things helped my noggin, but I’ve still been hella sluggish. Like, massively, unproductively so.LUCKILY…. I just happened to be broadening my knowledge of adaptogens, and my order of this Ginseng and Holy Basil arrived this morning! Nope… no credit to Holy Basil. That one is still sealed. Ginseng was just the easiest to pop since the other is in powder form. Took 45 minutes to start moving good so it occurred to me to look at reviews to see if anyone else has mentioned using this to help with hangover symptoms. Nope. No mention, but that’s how I ran across the review pointing out that each capsule is 500 mg, not 1000 (dose is two capsules, very common, but something I overlooked). So, popped the second capsule and… hey!!! Guess who’s going to experience a little of the REAL Black Friday shopping experience?!! omg.Obviously I can’t say how this will affect me over time, but just in case you’re in the same shoes as me, if you happen to have some Ginseng lying around, give it a whirl! Gonna make this my go-to first thing in the morning after above-average alcohol consumption from now on🍻

As a registered nurse I know the benefits of ginseng.
I received my bio life extra strength odorless garlic and parsley along with my Moringa Oleifera by GreeNatr and my Ginsing Complex by Amazing Nutrition & I noticed that night on my great grandkids came over that I found myself wrestling on the floor with them and I felt fine. It will later occurred to me that I don’t usually feel that good. I have now ordered those three things for my third month in a row and will never stop. You don’t feel the Energy like you would if you had 5 cups of coffee but you realize that you feel better and you know darn well that you were immune system is working better. I can’t say it is either one product but I will not say that and a two will work well without the third. Therefore, already knowing the benefits of ginseng, I think these three together are fantastic. Being a registered nurse I already know that ginseng is your replaceable and is always a part of my diet.
