Vitamin C is needed by your body constantly so making it part of your daily nutrition should be a must if it isn’t already. Vitamin C is rather unglamorous so most of the time people shop for it. They look for quantity and price per pill. I did this also and I found this to be a good value. I’ve had a lot of vitamin C in my life so I can’t really type that this is any different than the previous ones except that the price was great.
