Broad range of ingredients, superior to typical vitamins, plus fermented!
I really like that it has a broad list of ingredients, especially the vitamin K-7. Being fermented will absorb better which is good as a percentage of typical vitamins are not absorbed when taken…kind of a waste. Plus they include many beneficial things not found in typical vitamins. Overall good deal for what you get.

Good Supplement
*From my research* (I am not a doctor or nutritionist or anything of the sort)The recommended daily supplemental dose of vitamin A (for an adult male/female) is 700mcg to 900mcg. The tolerable daily intake level is around 3000mcg, a variation of these supplements are just under that. However, the vitamin A here comes from beta-carotene. I switched to the fermented multi which contains less vitamin A.Some of the other vitamins are on the higher side as well. B vitamins are water soluble, so beside B12, your body doesn’t normally store these. Yet, it’s something to consider if you’re taking additional supplements, especially with the vitamin D.Overall, I appreciate the organic ingredients and mushroom blend. Good quality. Caused stomach upset early on, but seemed to even out.

Used These On & Off for Several Years, They Work in My Opinion
Pros :- Noticeable hair growth- Helps with stabilizing my mood swings due to mental health- Helps control random hunger moments due to metabolic changes from medication- Helps to bridge the gap in nutrition if some areas are difficult to tackle naturally.- Take a full serving (3 capsules) isn’t nessecary, I like to can scale up or down depending on my needs.Neutral :- These are strong vitamins, if you take the full serving even with food you may feel off. There is a considerable amount of B vitamins which can make people sick if you ingest too much.- To continue with the point, I’ll do a week of 3 capsules but normally I am using 1 then move up to 2. I’ll only take the 3 capsules if my mood needs the boost.Overall, I believe these work and are helpful. Vitamins are not a one trick pony though, these are a great supplement to someone with a good diet. If your diet isn’t the greatest, this is a good supplement to bridge that gap while continuing to work on good eating habits.I’m not sure why people are complaining of taste. Are you opening the capsule and eating it or just swallowing the pill dry? There isn’t a taste to these, they’re fine. If you are use to taking vitamins there shouldn’t be a complaint.

Excellent Carnivore Vitamin
This is not a cheap multivitamin but I think it qualifies as cost effective. This is a high quality multivitamin that delivers. I have taken it for 3 months now and have noticed improved hair growth, not that I was lacking in that department my beard is getting thicker has been the most noticeable indicator of this. I have also noticed that I do not have the occasional odd craving anymore. Since going Carnivore over a year ago now I would on occasion get a craving for dark chocolate or peanut butter but I have not had either of those cravings over the past 2 months. I can only assume that this multivitamin is supplying a missing nutrient, again that is just an assumption.I take this multivitamin at noon after I have eaten lunch, I tried it in the morning on an empty stomach and that did not work for me at all. I had a really bad upset stomach from this and do not recommend it. I also discovered taking this vitamin with eating any significant amount of liver leads to too high of level of B vitamins for me, dark color urine and odd acne are the signs I get from high B vitamins so those are my indicators. All in all I plan to continue using this multivitamin for the foreseeable future.
